Since 2008, the CLASS system has been adopted at the state and federal level, and Teachstone has trained over 20,000 CLASS observers to evaluate teacher-child interactions and reached tens of thousands of teachers through the CLASS system.

The Operations Consultant's (OC) primary objective is helping Teachstone implement technology solutions in a cost effective way by determining the requirements of a service models, defining the ideal path that bridges the business problem and the technology solution, and communicating clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. The OC will be responsible for conducting business and functionality impact analysis on current state and future state system architecture and business processes.

The right person for this role works seamlessly with functional business owners across multiple departments, and is capable of guiding cross-functional needs to identify, evaluate and implement effective solutions. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

? Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis, leading to fully formed executable requirements

? Evaluate Services processes and procedures, make recommendations and deploy new strategies when applicable

? Employ a variety of analysis techniques for discovery of complex business logic and decompose for iterative delivery of improvements.

? Compare and validate potential 3rd party technology solutions as needed

? Translate and simplify requirements for optimizing execution and outcomes

? Elicit input from multiple stakeholders and integrate feedback to identify the optimal solution

? Participates in the scoping of proposed improvements

? Contribute to an environment where continuous improvement of the process is in focus and where everyone's common goal is to deliver the best solution as fast as possible

? Perform GAP analysis to determine if business requirements are being met

? Actively try to identify areas of improvement and conceptualize methods on how to be more efficient

? Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases and process change requests

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent

? Analytical approach to problem solving

? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

? Understanding of service delivery to client through different modalities

? Understanding of confidentiality and security practices for company data

? Excellent written and oral communication skills

? Team player who shares problem-solving responsibilities with the team and offers creative responses to new challenges

? Experience and comfort working in a high-growth organization and enthusiasm for a fast-paced, collaborative work environment

? Values-driven, self-motivated critical thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit

? Adept use of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite applications, Google applications, and video and multimedia presentation tools
