Description:
Job Description: • Develop or analyze Ligand binding assays in a cGMP environment • Work with potency assays • Work with ELISA type assays (colorimetric, fluorimetric, chemiluminescent, etc.) and/or qPCR molecular assays. • Develop, utilize and analyze mammalian cell cultures and cell culture methods • Assist with implementation of data analysis software (SoftMaxPro, PLA or similar) preferred. • Knowledge of cGMPs and/or cGLPs applicable to the Cell Assay laboratory. • Work in and adhere to clean room laboratory requirements and environment • Work with QC and Production teams to assess project needs for Assay Development • Document Cell Assay laboratory activities in tracking systems per GMP/GLP • Develop Cell Assays • Work with management to analyze and develop QC Assays to identify area of improvement and develop efficiencies

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in ELISA type assays (colorimetric, fluorimetric, chemiluminescent, etc.) and/or qPCR molecular assays. Mammalian cell culture Assist with implementation of data analysis software (SoftMaxPro, PLA or similar) preferred. cGMPs and/or cGLPs applicable to the Cell Assay laboratory.
