Description:
• Investigate QC Events, Deviations and OOS using root cause analysis techniques. • Lead CAPAs and Change Controls for the QC department. • Provide technical support and critical thinking to help resolve technical and compliance issues. • Conduct personnel interviews and testing reviews; act as an unbiased investigator. • Ensure QC quality records are properly conducted and closed in a timely fashion. • Evaluate compendial documents and review QC procedures for compliance. • Provide support with audits to ensure departmental compliance. • Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve departmental compliance. • Perform other duties as assigned and directed
