WHAT YOULL DO:
The Payments Implementation Consultant II manages all pre-implementation activity related to new client contracts and set ups. The Implementation Consultant works closely with various Property Management Companies/Owners to develop a unique array of Payments services to streamline their payment reception interface and merge existing payable platforms. The Implementation Consultant establishes new customer accounts, manages existing accounts, establishes pricing records and other confidential material; provides support and assistance to internal Payment departments and to clients regarding contracts. This position is responsible for understanding not only our internal operations, but also maintaining a high-level knowledge of Payments products, interdependencies, and implementation requirements for various integration partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as primary point of customer contact during the integration phase and transition from the Sales teamIdentify areas within the integration where process improvements will streamline functional areas and improve the customer experienceEstablish and build strong customer relationships that allow for open communication, trust, and rapportEnsure all client documents are received in accordance with departmental policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications prior to starting implementation. Prepare and confirm pricing for client contracts; Administer and manage this process for new accounts.Generate all Payments documents and submit to underwriting.Ensure all documentation and product orders are completed accurately and timelyAbility to give meaningful and consultative advice to clients with minimal guidanceConcerned with implementation urgency based on set milestones and goalsAccurately forecast activation dates and manage implementation appropriatelyMastery of implementation processes including Salesforce management, checklists and documentsMaintain accurate records of all communication received for each clientSuccessfully implement new and existing clients on all Payments productsStay up-to-date of changes/enhancements made to existing Payments products and developing productsUnderstand the processes surrounding Payments products and how those products interact with PaymentsMaintain accurate data and documentation in Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposesConsistent and proactive with client engagement and follow-upAbility to present and/or train complex information to a variety of audiencesEnsure appropriate hand-offs and communication with Engagement Managers, Consultants and Account ManagementAccountable for client success and takes ownership of all pieces of implementation and post activationAbility to think outside of the box for resolutionsAble to create and revise process documentation as neededMastery of products and the ability to onboard as neededAble to quickly analyze and troubleshoot problem issuesWork with Director as new businesses, services and/or products are acquired to integrate into corporate systemsAssists the department with assigned projects on an as needed basis. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience is required3-4 years of experience in a project management, customer service or account management environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills requiredPrevious experience presenting and/or training complex information to a variety of audiences requiredAbility to learn and utilize new procedures and processes quicklyIntermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); testing may be requestedPatience and overall courteous behavior when working with internal and external customersAble to successfully prioritize and manage time effectively so that deadlines can be metMust have a general understanding of merchant services or accounting principlesExperience in fast paced, production environmentExcellent verbal and written communication; testing may be requestedHigh level of organizational skillsAbility to multitaskAbility and desire to work within a team environmentAble to quickly analyze and troubleshoot problem issuesDemonstrated ability to lead, react and respond to challenges calmly, and take initiativeAbility to work after regular business hours as needed to guarantee deliverables are metMust be willing to work in a Night ShiftMust be flexible in terms of work arrangement (Work on Site and Work from Home)

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Experience in Property Management industry is strongly preferredAbility to recognize and escalate issues and risks to your managerTo be successful in this position, you must be driven, proactive, insightful and resourcefulPrior experience in banking, finance, or merchant servicesPrior experience in project managementStrong organizational ability; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; detail orientedACH and Check 21 banking experience preferredKnowledge of Federal, State, and Financial Institution Regulations preferredAbility to work discretely with confidential informationMust be a self-managing, motivated individual#LI-MV1
