As a full-time employee on our Advisory Services & Consumer Research team, you would help brands across a number of industries answer their most pressing tactical, and strategic questions at a custom level by using a number of quantitative and qualitative methods. We exist to help manufacturers answer their hardest questions when it comes to their customers and their consumers, so that they are best positioned to make tactical decisions and set winning strategies.

The role of the Market Research Consumer Insights Analyst is focused on supporting external customers' to answer their hardest questions. As part of the Advisory and Consumer Team, this role will be responsible for creating, analyzing and delivering custom projects to Fortune 500 companies. They will operate as a key member of the team and own certain aspects of the content development. There is also the opportunity to own aspects of the process or industry depending on preferences and interests.

Responsibilities include:
  • Data Management and Analysis
  • Manages all aspects of survey development (writing, programming, testing, and launch) for collection of proprietary quantitative and qualitative data
  • Analyzes collected data to identify key inflections and support internal and external customers' questions
  • Manages databases and shares key analyses and visualizations with internal teams to assist with customer asks
  • Oversees the data collected across all verticals to ensure clear data management system
Problem Solving and Data Visualization
  • Develops written reports with actionable conclusions for clients based on custom channel research and both qualitative and quantitative data collection
  • Illustrates key findings in meaningful deliverables such as custom reports, slide decks, charts / other visualizations, and client / customer presentations
Customer Engagement and Project Management
  • Assists in writing custom proposals in response to client / customer RFPs
  • Manage the relationships with sample providers to ensure timely and accurately delivery
  • Participates in client scoping sessions and aids in designing project specifications per customer requests
  • Reviews other team members' deliverables and presentations for customers
  • Manages multiple projects with tight timelines while prioritizing and multi-tasking to ensure all deadlines are met
Content Development
  • Owns creation of content - white papers, monthly thematic reports, top insights of the month - for business development purposes
  • Looks across multiple datasets, in multiple sectors, to come up with different patterns, shifts and inflection points to highlight the CRC work
  • Writes regular white papers and thematic reports highlighting overarching consumer dynamics relevant to each industry
  • Creates presentations and materials for CRC-hosted events and webinars and industry speaking engagements
In addition to working on our Advisory Services & Consumer Research Team, you will have the opportunity within the first 12 months to:
  • Complete a comprehensive training program including classroom style sessions and job shadow experiences
  • Travel to CRC-hosted events including annual conference and client meetings

Position Requirements:
  • A graduate or an undergraduate degree
  • Entry level with experience in a market research, marketing, finance, or consulting-related field
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of survey programming/design preferred
  • Demonstrates solid abilities in data visualization
  • Keen attention to detail and aptitude for learning
  • Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to master complex tasks and multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding time management and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
