Infosys is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst. The role requires a close partnership and collaboration with other IT Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Portland, OR, or, Sunnyvale, CA, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
  • Prior work experience in IT outsourcing contract, subcontracts, and Vendor management role. And working with Global Partners
  • Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analysis.
  • Experience in applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms and drafting con-tracts
  • Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions
  • Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.
  • Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one-on one and group situations
  • Vendor Performance measurement and reporting
  • Define process for contract management, service measurement
  • Very good proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Ensure consistent management, measurement of all contracts
  • Vendor performance measurement
  • Oversight of the contract management process
  • Contract negotiations and document management
  • Collaboration with various departments, including service delivery, project management, account management, business operations and finance
  • Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
  • Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations.
  • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit the organization's financial performance.
  • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues
