The Role: Moderna is seeking a contractor for Quality Control Chemistry Senior Associate based at their Norwood, MA site. The individual in this role will focus on Release, Stability and In Process testing and may support Method Qualification and Acquisition. Also, this individual may support special projects as assigned. This position is for a four-day rotational 1st shift requiring Saturday and Sunday support. Here's What You'll Do: * Performs routine analytical chemistry testing including HPLC, UPLC, UV, Particle Analysis and Dynamic Light Scattering. * Support execution of method acquisition, qualification, re-qualification protocols. * Supports Troubleshooting of methods and equipment. * Performs data entry and supports trending and analysis. * Performs general laboratory support activities including reagent preparation, sample management, equipment maintenance, lab housekeeping etc. * Supports authoring and revision of equipment, method and other laboratory procedures and reports. * LIMS (LabVantage) sample result entry, execution of Electronic Assay Forms * Perform STAT HPLC and Plate reader-based assays in support of manufacturing process testing as needed, may require shift flexibility. * Stability program support, * Complete and maintain cGMP documentation (electronic and Hard Copy) for work performed. * Support authoring quality systems records such as deviations, change controls, CAPAs * Establish and maintain a safe laboratory working environment Here's What You'll Bring to the Table: * Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline. Minimum experience required: 2-5 years in a laboratory setting with focus in analytical chemistry.
