A career in our Advanced Analytics practice, within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

* Operating in a professional services firm or large enterprise as a consultant, data analyst, risk professional, BI professional, auditor or business process specialist;
* Performing on project teams and providing deliverables involving multiphase data analysis related to the evaluation of compliance, finance, and risk issues;
* Evaluating business processes, compliance and risk issues, including the use of data and technology to provide greater coverage, targeted precision and insight;
* Understanding of database concepts, including building relationships between tables, grouping data, and producing cohesive analyses;
* Knowing IT architecture and solution development through the use of Python, R,Java, C# or other programming languages;
* Leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Microsoft PowerBI;
* Possessing process automation and insight generation through Robotics Process Automation, machine learning, optical character recognition, process mining;
* Having experience with and understanding of Epic, Cerner, or related electronic health record (EHR) systems. Experience may include: knowledge of EHR financial modules, project management, and/or bolt-on products and GRC technology;
* Managing revenue cycle business processes related to core EHR modules; and/or,
* Performing assessments to evaluate controls, security, SOD, and potential for optimization as well as implementation and/or configuration of EHR products;
* Understanding of operational processes, risk, regulatory and compliance requirements within Healthcare Payers, Healthcare Providers, and/or Pharma Life Sciences organizations;
* Automating manual processes to drive insight specific to risk and compliance within a Payer, Provider, and/or PLS environment through the use of workflow automation tools (e.g. Alteryx or similar), process intelligence (Celonis, ABBYY Timeline, UIPath Process Mining, etc.), visualization and dashboarding (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, etc.), and/or Robotic Process Automation (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Olive, etc.); and,
* Having a broad understanding of the system architecture, data flow, and key financial and operational processes within a Payer, Provider, and/or PLS organization.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

* Working seamlessly in a virtual environment to complete projects with team members based in various locations, domestically, and globally;
* Identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understanding the client's business;
* Supervising staff, which includes creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team, respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing feedback in a timely manner, performing a critical review of other's work, informally coaching staff, and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
* Leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation;
* Having project management skills in relation to data management projects, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules;
* Possessing creative thinking, individual initiative, and flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
* Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters;
* Having the desire to obtain deep industry sector(s) specialization over time; and,
* Having the ability to approach clients and team members in an organized and knowledgeable manner and to deliver clear requests for information.
