AM LLC has immediate openings for a full time Regional RN Clinical Lead to support COVID-19 response programming in the K-12 school setting within Fort Myers, FL School District. This is an on-site position working at multiple locations throughout the school district.
+ Possess knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for providing the full continuum of COVID-19 response services (including disease surveillance, case investigation, contact tracing, laboratory testing, immunizations, and general public health practice).
+ Serve as Clinical Lead to school-based COVID-19 School Support Liaisons, providing guidance and support regarding clinical community health practice and community-based patient care.
+ Supervise and delegate to a team of COVID-19 School Support Liaisons.
+ Perform clinical decision making related to COVID-19 isolation, quarantine, return clearance, and referrals to medical care.
+ Communicate with students and parents/caregivers, as appropriate, providing family-centered care.
+ Review and implement clinical policy and procedures on a continual basis to ensure compliance and best practice.
+ Update district guidance in alignment with FDPH and City DPH.
+ Facilitate Contact Tracing of COVID-19 infections, in coordination with COVID-19 School Support Liaison, Contact Tracing strike team, and district Contact Tracing team.
+ Facilitate rapid COVID-19 testing, when necessary.
+ Collaborate with Training and Continuing Education Lead to facilitate the delivery of the most current, evidence-based continuing education for project staff members.
+ Provide infection prevention and control recommendations and monitor personal protective equipment (PPE) supply for school-based COVID-19 program staff.
+ Monitor and mitigate work-related safety and health risks for each staff position, through administrative and environmental control measures.
+ Collaborate with AM Employee Health and Safety Representative to ensure compliance with all workplace safety and health authorities (OSHA, state, and local regulations).
+ Coordinate with school staff, district staff, local public health department, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and high quality of services.
Educational and Professional Requirements:
+ Associates Degree in a health related field required and Bachelor's degree preferred
+ Registered Nursing license required
+ 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, demonstrating increasing responsibility and leadership
+ Supervisory experience preferred
+ Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification preferred
+ Pediatric or school-based nursing experience preferred

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Able to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
+ Ability to establish and maintain partnerships with various agencies and stakeholders
+ Critical thinking and sound judgment required
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
+ Ability to speak, read, and write English
Technology Requirements:
+ Experience with Google Suite
+ Experience with project management applications
+ Familiarity with disease surveillance systems
+ Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace
