The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent verbal communication skill, is able to overcome objections, and have a willingness to grow and foster a thriving membership culture. A strong knowledge of fitness, nutrition and health is a must, as well as an extremely high level of athletic ability.
