Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for creating reports, forecasting trends, troubleshooting data issues, and ad hoc projects.

What we are looking for this role to do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports*
Communicate with third parties and customers on a daily basis*
Implement processes to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets*
Provide innovative analytical insights
Construct workflow charts and diagrams
Support operational objectives by studying business functions and review processes*
Recommend process improvements and system enhancements based on analysis of current practices
Conduct detailed data analysis on data used to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new features
Responsible for developing and executing tools to monitor and report on data quality
Work closely with Account Management, Clients and Development teams What you need to bring to the table:

Minimum 2 years of experience in business data analysis
BS in Mathematics, Information Management or Statistics, Business, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong Excel skills are required. Experience with commonly used data analytics tools (such as R, Tableau, Python, SAS, Spark, etc.) is a bonus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information quickly while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to spot trends and notice outliers
Ability to effectively prepare materials and communicate your insights *required
