Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support organizational assessment tasks by; assisting with data collection and analytics related to the client's organizational assessment, researching and presenting organizational analysis updates to senior team members and/or client, and managing client deliverable timelines
  • Work with Managing Consultants to lead and support tasks related to strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement change management and organizational strategies for client
  • Convey ideas clearly in an oral and written manner, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Assist with the planning and management of document templates for program initiatives (e.g., program charter, change request, risk management plan, program management plan, and communication plan).
  • Collaborate across multiple work streams to leverage work and supporting evidence previously obtained during previous task orders
  • Assist in developing high-quality reports and briefings quickly


Qualifications
Required:
  • 3+ years' experience working in consulting or working in change management and/or organizational strategy positions
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Project/Program management skills
  • Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire
Preferred:
    • Organizational Assessment or Change Management experience
    • Knowledge of federal government human capital and/or management practices
    • Experience managing clients in a dynamic federal environment with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
