Position SummaryThis role will ensure proper delivery services offer according to local customer's expectations and in line with Nespresso international standards and guidelines. Manage B2B and B2C third party transportation providers.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and define delivery services offering to customers in partnership with 3PL carriers
  • Ensure a high service level for deliveries to final customers and consumers including boutique, B2B and B2C club members
  • In collaboration with Marketing, elaborate and co-lead the execution of a marketing plan for the delivery and recycling services
  • Orchestrate the preparation and realization of services activation (shipping promotions) with the Nespresso and 3PLs/Carriers Operations
  • Evaluate existing services offered and determine value; identify new services and potentially execute
  • Develop and execute long term and short term Recycling services
  • Think & Lead the re-engineering of the reverse logistics for Recycling
  • Develop in close collaboration with Marketing, e-commerce and CRC departments new distribution services
  • Define, get approval and support from the Supply Chain Director & other stakeholders and then lead to execution customer improvement / efficiency / costs saving projects
  • Support procurement manager doing RFQ with potential distribution suppliers
  • Implement continuous improvement program with our suppliers through regular meetings to review performances & improve process including management of capacity during Nespresso peak periods
  • Benchmark the e-commerce leaders of the industry and the competition
  • Participate to the elaboration of customers surveys on Delivery Services

Winning Skillsets

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 5+ years in at least two of the following areas:
  • Customer Service
  • Customer Facing Supply
  • Chain Demand & Supply Planning Distribution Materials
  • Handling Sales and/ or Marketing
  • Project management experience to implementation of major project/s or change programs
