**What you will do:**

You will be responsible for using clinical and operational expertise to deliver education-related cadaver labs related to the safe and effective use of Stryker products. In this role, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Stryker training and education cadaver lab located in Bloomington, Minnesota.

+ Responsible for the overall administration of Stryker Training and Education lab including offering outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers, developing and maintaining effective relationships through effective and timely communication, and taking initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.

+ Manage the use of equipment and cadavers used for training in the lab facility in Bloomington, Minnesota.

+ Support courses on-site to ensure all discussions remain on label and teachings are consistent with learning objectives and applicable Policies and Procedures.

+ Maintain an environment of continuous improvement by obtaining consistent feedback from faculty, registered attendees, and Stryker colleagues.

+ Support Professional Education workshops as needed.

+ Maintain expertise through communication and research, as well as open discussions with HCPs.

+ Work with internal building facilities maintenance to ensure all applicable Stryker environmental and SOP standards are met at all times.

+ Maintains Lab records, compliant with safety, and biohazard guidelines.

+ Develop internal processes and control documents for utilization of the lab by internal departments and any external parties.

+ Manage and coordinate supplies and equipment necessary to operate training lab, including shipping/receiving and procurement.

+ Become proficient in setup, utilization of equipment, including but not limited to medical devices and integrated digital equipment.

+ Support the facilitation of digital/virtual learning solutions as part of the Stryker training methodology.

+ Facilitate and take part in virtual training solutions.

+ Establish short and long-term goals for the Stryker Training & Education Lab.

+ Monitor and oversee a training lab calendar of use, including identification of business plans and needs for other department's at Stryker who may use the training lab.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

**What you need**

+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline required

+ MBA preferred

+ 2+ years of work experience required

+ 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred

+ Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines

+ Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority

+ Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
