The company has specifically tasked us with finding a dynamic Project Manager who could service as branch leader in establishing a more formal presence in the region. The role includes responsibility of building relationships with clients (Consultants, Contractors, Facilities representative) in a manner to create bidding opportunities and execute work.

In addition to operational aspects, the right candidate would be able to work independently and have a demonstrated passion for and thorough understanding of abatement and remedial activities. Also, proven sales/marketing, estimating and project management skillset.

Supervise and ensure safe keeping of company assets.
Supervise administrative functions regarding job management, including purchase of supplies, labor management, subcontractor(s), management of field employees, collection of A/R, Pre & post job submittals as required, and Safety work plans.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental policies and procedures per regulation
Prepare reports to management as necessary regarding job performance.
Monitor and understand job costing and revenue recognition process through CRM.
Set production requirements for field Supervisor.
Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and payroll information.
Communicate effectively with field workers, supervision and management

The ideal individual would have 5-15 years of industry experience and strong proactive problem resolution skills as well as excellent time management, organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Key is the ability to conduce oneself in a manner that promotes a professional atmosphere and ensures interactions with both internal and external customers. So ideally, this would be an individual with both the interpersonal skills and the personality necessary to interact with a diverse group of professionals and stakeholders.

This could be the perfect role for a more experienced environmental project manager seeking to find a long-term home with a stable and growing organization. It could also possibly be an opportunity for a talented mid- level professional seeking to gain extensive experience and step up into a challenging role.

The company has a corporate culture that values individuals are resources. The organization has loyal employees who have been with the company for more than 20 years. They have watched it grown from a fledgling company to one that has developed with multiple offices in several states. The organization's policy is to solicit - indeed to expect - input from each of its employees. They foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and encourage free exchange of ideas in order to remain a vibrant, thriving company. Leadership believes that this unique culture has resulted in the company having some of the industry's most engaged employees and one of the key reasons it leads industry competitors in almost all key performance metrics of note by comparison.

This carries over to benefits as well as rewards for hard work. The company pays well, has performance bonuses and offers a strong benefits package: 401k package, 3% match, health care, has dental/vision, life insurance and provides paid time off, etc.
