For Point B's Studio, the Creative Studio Director will help to foster a culture where energetic creative people-designers, writers, technologists, strategists, and other problem solvers-help executive leaders see what's possible. They will embrace the team's curiosity and help them to uncover insights that our clients crave but can't always harness on their own. This Studio leader will be an advocate for the human spirit, embrace risks, and collaborate with others who want to create something new for our clients, their audiences, their organizations-and the world. They will inspire the team to embrace industry trends, work with the team to create differentiated points of view and herald the business value of design. To effectively guide the team and advise clients, they will have a knowledge of design thinking and other innovation methods, understand the best practices of prototyping, product design and development, and believe that voice of the customer or employee is critical to guiding our work.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:Understand macro business & technology trends and use this knowledge to craft customer solutions.Collaborate with Industry teams to generate sales leads, evaluate opportunities, sell and deliver innovative solutions for new and existing customers.Develop and leverage tools and practices that bring technology & digital expertise to the sales cycle in rapid and repeatable ways.Collaborate across Solutions, Industries and Technology to ensure the solutions team is providing subject matter expertise to Point B projects, capabilities, and sales pursuits.Collaborate with Industries, Geographies and Operations on customer portfolio planning, annual planning, and ongoing demand and supply management to growth thriving teams and accounts.Partner with Geo Leaders to ensure that we align our talent strategy to be able to deliver the work with resources in the right geographies.Understand and proactively address engagement risks and enable successful outcomes by matching appropriate skill sets with challenging engagements by collaborating with delivery teams in billable roles on engagements.Build and mentor an effective team.
