A successful candidate for the Project Manager position will understand the delicate balance of providing the highest level of service to a client while organizing an internal team to create documents of high-quality all within project budget. Successful Project Managers will create Raving Fans that will lead to repeat work through strong relationships with our clients. Our Project Managers understand that trust is of the utmost importance in a leadership position and will strive to build that trust at every level of the internal and external organization.

Responsibilities:
Reports to the Market Leader and works in coordination with the Product + Technology (P+T) Team Leader to select project teams and coordinate resources to execute the projectCoordinate with the Market Leader to put together proposals for both existing and new client relationshipsWork with the Market Leader & P+T Team Leader to coordinate quality reviews and maintain project budgetsBe a leader in the engineering community through sitting on technical or public boards and community events, creating white papers, etc.Spend time out of the office curating a resume that distinguishes them and WGI in the larger communityOrganize an internal team to create documents of high-quality within project budget

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in EngineeringRegistered Professional Engineer (PE) license requiredEight or more years of Project Management specific to MEP Engineering in the ground-up commercial, multifamily and renovation construction industry.Team oriented positive attitude requiredAbility to manage multiple projects from design through construction requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredPrior experience in commercial & multifamily work preferredExperience in business development and proposal writing preferredApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
