Responsibilities:
Guidehouse is supporting the U.S. Department of Transportation to implement the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal will rebuild Americas roads, bridges and rails, expand access to clean drinking water, ensure every American has access to high-speed internet, tackle the climate crisis, advance environmental justice, and invest in communities that have too often been left behind. Guidehouse is looking for individuals to help spearhead this once-in-a-generation investment in the nations infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesDevelop operating concepts, operations models, and governance modelsFacilitate client meetings, interviews or work groupsWork collaboratively in a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of operationsWork with diverse stakeholder to drive towards consensusLead the development of work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client implementationDevelop business process improvements to existing programsProvide change management recommendations to clientsDevelop communications and executive presentations for audiences such as agency leadership, the White House, and CongressAssume responsibility for managing client relationsProvide guidance, coaching, and quality assurance to junior staff

Qualifications:
6+ years of data management and data visualization experienceBachelors degree from an accredited college/universityProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to meet requirements for and be issued a Public TrustCurrently reside or ability to relocate to Washington, DCNo sponsorship available for this positionDue to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.Desired QualificiationsExperience in Federal consultingExperience with transformational programsExperience working with Federal, state, or local transportation organizations

Additional Requirements:
