The assessment includes 12 games that can be played by mobile or desktop and will take approximately 25 minutes to complete. Additional details and instructions for game play will be communicated to applicants by email as they progress through the recruitment process. **Location/Division Specific Information** Greenville, NC **How will you make an impact?** Provides routine analyses in a microbiology environment by following standard practices. Follows standard operation procedures as assigned for monitoring in classified environments. Supports internal development and/or manufacturing operations. Makes detailed observations and reviews, documents, and communicates test results. Documenting, reporting and analyzing data in a laboratory setting. **Typical shift hours are 6a-6p on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.** **What will you do?** + Executes validated environmental test methods for routine environmental monitoring in clean rooms (i.e. classified areas and aseptic processing). + Recognizes and reports out-of-specification or unexpected results due to environmental impacts or other to reach resolution. + Reading and verification of plates. + Performs daily instrument verifications as required. + Clearly and accurately communicates the results of work by creating documentation of the testing/analysis and obtained results. + Records and reports results of analysis in accordance with prescribed lab procedures and systems. + Cleans and organizes work area, instrumentation/equipment, and testing materials. + Performs all duties in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, ALCOA, Audits and Safety guidelines. + Maintains the necessary training, compliance status required by company and facility standards. + And other duties as assigned. **How will you get there?** **Education** + Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred, associate degree in a science related field, preferably Biology, minimally required. **Experience** + Up to 2 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment, preferably in a pharmaceutical or cGMP environment + Experience with aseptic technique. + Environmental monitoring experience a plus **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Ability to use standard computer programs such a MS Excel, Word, and Access + Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills + Excellent organization and planning skills. + Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to standard procedures. + Ability to function in a rapidly changing environment.
