JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to manage COVID-19 related cases, issues and related inquiries for our client within a given region. This role is 70% interviewing client employees and contractors on the phone and accurately filling out appropriate information within the ServiceNow application, and 30% critical thinking - using client tools (ServiceNow Contact Tracing Playbook and resources to make a determination on quarantine/classification decisions for each case. Able to properly classify COVID cases, determine close contact tracing of individuals; and other guidance all via telephone interviews.
Provides support for monitoring injury, illness, and incident related performance. Supports the development and implementation of strategic solutions that will improve the performance results as required.
Provides health, safety and environmental regulatory compliance support and reports findings, concerns, and deficiencies. Responds to client/customer/member concerns regarding matters.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor degree [BA/BS in Occupational Safety, Environmental or similar required science field].
-Entry Level Position.
-Fundamental knowledge of federal, state and local health and safety and environmental regulations is preferred.
COVID case management may require after hours work and temporary coverage of other regions.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with a sense of urgency.
Previous experience with Google Docs is helpful.
