Qualifications:
Education minimum requirement:
* BS or MS degree in molecular and cell biology or related disciplines such as immunology, cardiometabolic or neurosciences with 5+ years experience, PhD with 1yr experience
* Previous post-graduate lab experience in academic or industry setting (prefer 2+ years)

Preferred Experience and Skills:
* Experience with mammalian cell culture using sterile techniques. Experience with iPSC work is a plus.
* Experience in Molecular and Cellular biology Techniques
* Experience in genomic manipulation including CRISPR and siRNA * Previous experience in pharmacology
* in human cellular systems including RNAi and CRISPR
* Demonstrated ability to perform accurate data analysis and carefully maintain a notebook record of lab activities. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including preparation of lab reports and presentations. Strong attention to detail.
*This position requires full time in the lab. NOTES * Position is in Cambridge, MA. candidates must be flexible and able to accommodate the change. Hours for position are approx. 9am - 3:30pm. **
