We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at Power Global. This position will collaborate with all teams in both our Headquarters in California, U.S. as well as Noida, India. The project manager will report to our Director of Operations who is based in California, U.S. This is a new role for a self-motivated individual who is interested in being a part of the entire life cycle of our products working cross functionally with both offices to execute operational goals.

Requirements

As a project manager, you are responsible for working across all departments planning and overseeing projects within our organization, from the initial ideation through completion. You will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time and within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

What youll do:

* Work with the companys Director of Operations to align execution on projects collectively

* Willingness to travel between our U.S. based headquarters and our India Offices

* Assessing risk management standpoints and go forward plans with Director of Operations

* Motivating and collaborating with each office to ensure execution of all task

* Dealing with changes and adapting timelines

* Making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits

You should have:

* 2-3+ years of relatable start-up experience in a Project Manager position.

* Associates degree in Communication, Business Management or similar field

* Professional experience project planning and scheduling across multiple disciplines

* Extreme organizational awareness, time management and problem-solving skills

* Experience managing hardware product development teams or technical engineering teams preferred

* A great attitude, collaborative spirit, and openness to giving and receiving feedback.

* Excellent communication skills - ability to turn big ideas into action items

* Experience with MS Project, LiquidPlanner, or other technical PM software.
