Support and develop defined sections of operations and planning to achieve on time delivery, quality, and maximum utilization of equipment, materials and labor.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Work as a team with colleagues in Sales, Services, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Third Parties to develop and execute the Production Plan and Schedule to best meet Customer Requests.
• Propose plans to improve production planning and scheduling accuracy and procedures, through reviews of current performance and recommendations for improvements.
• Liaise frequently with Sales Network and Production management to create, maintain and verify Production plans and provide updates.
• Develop and Maintain production status reports for all counterparts.
• Make sure all deadlines are being met efficiently and effectively to support on-time delivery to Customers.
• Facilitate and Maintain on-time delivery reports.
• Ensure that materials, equipment, and supplemental information are prearranged for on-time for production.
• Engage with Third Party suppliers to optimize the arrivals of Components and Equipment.
• Conduct Root-cause analysis for production issues, and propose recommendations for improvements to mitigate future risk of recurrence.
• Participate in shop floor meetings and check installation status in the shop and at 3rd party vendors.
• Branch installation monitoring and reporting

What you'll need to succeed:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Working experience:

• 3+ years in scheduling or expediting

Competence and skills:

• Basic Knowledge of Hydraulic Equipment
• Basic Knowledge of On-The-Road Equipment
• Expediting and executing in an environment with competing priorities
• Google Office Suite
• SAP
