We are a growing biopharmaceutical company located in Cambridge, MA, focused on immunotherapy and antibody drug conjugates to help fight cancer. We are currently looking for a Translational Bioinformatics Scientist with immuno-oncology or cancer biology experience to join our quickly growing team.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop -omics analysis pipelines with a focus on biomarker discovery
  • Investigate efficacy and MoA by applying machine learning and statistical algorithms
  • Source and apply public and internal data sets for target and indication selection
  • Develop algorithms to analyze large-scale -omics data
  • Develop and maintain pipelines to process -omics data
What You Need for this Position
  • Ph D with 1 +years of industry or equivalent experience or MS with 4+ years of experience
  • Experience with the analysis of -omics data
  • Proficiency in R and/or Python
  • Differential gene workflows experience
  • Working knowledge of machine learning and statistical algorithms
  • Familiarity with cancer biology and/or immuno-oncology
  • Working knowledge of public databases such as TCGA and CCLE
  • Hands on experience with tools such as Samtools, Bedtools, STAR, GATK, etc.
  • Ability to work in a Unix and cloud based environment
  • Experience with NextFlow and Git
