Project Coordinator - Technical Services

Environmental Services company is seeking candidates to work as a Project Coordinator to assist with client services.

Entry level opportunity in environmental science

Work Location

Englewood Ohio

Project Coordinator 1

Schedule:
• Full-Time; Monday-Friday

Tasks for the day:
• Overseeing or reviewing, completing and processing various types of standard project management forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
• Assists with projects involving client contact, verification of accurate check-in of samples, monitoring status of analysis, providing response to client inquiries, and invoicing client, as determined by the supervisor.
• Directs client calls and requests to appropriate project manager for follow-up.
• Assists with receiving customer feedback and coordinating resources and responses as required.
• Additional duties as required.
Attention to detail and teamwork are key!

Requirements:
environmental science background - plus

Two years of administrative support experience

• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

• Mobility to work in a lab and office setting, use standard office and lab equipment
