We need a scientist who has strong technical skills in immunology. Our team contributes to target identification/validation, and mechanism of action (MOA) studies using both molecular biology and pharmacological approaches. Conduct experiments and analyze data generated from in vitro and ex vivo immunological assays including flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, ELISPOT and western blot analysis.Strong background in designing, conducting, and analyzing flow cytometry-based experiments.Isolate mononuclear cells from human blood and mouse/rat tissues, separate immune cell subsets using magnetic beads and stimulate and differentiate cell subsets in vitro. Prepare cellular materials for genomic and proteomic assessment.Design, screen and analyze data for protein or small molecule drugs in cell-based immune assays.Independently complete experiments, analyze, interpret and present experimental data.

Basic Requirements:

B.S (+2 or more years of experience) or M.S in Immunology or Cell Biology or related field; experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry or an academic institute, in the field of immunology preferred.

Additional Skills/Preferences:
Deep understanding of in vitro assays and assay development.Knowledge and skills of flow cytometry.Experience with data analysis software such as GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred.Ability to track experiments and work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.Understand and be familiar with in vivo animal models.Experience with imaging techniques is a plus.
