Environmental Scientist intern

This is a great opportunity for students majoring in a field of natural sciences to gain experience in a civil engineering firm. You will have the opportunity to participate in responsibilities ranging from a variety of site assessments, impact studies, and collect samples from the field. What will you be doing?

• Assist with wetland delineation, permitting, and environmental site assessments and research
• Assist in field responsibilities which include sampling, contractor oversight/inspection, and data collection
• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
• Perform other duties as needed

What are we looking for?

• A candidate pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited four-year or graduate university in relevant discipline. Preferably Environmental Science, Geology, Ecology, Hydrogeology, Biology, or other natural science discipline.
• A candidate with proficient knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
