Job Description
  • Play a lead role in performing all tasks required to analyze complex data to ensure that our clients are provided with the highest quality actionable recommendations, advice and guidance to grow their business
  • Ability to independently manage projects of team members for analytical projects
  • Validates that data is accurate and deliverables are client ready both for work produced by the individual and by other team members
  • Regularly interface with clients- including Executives- and manage day-to-day client communications to develop strong working relationships and ensuring that Argus is perceived as being accessible and resourceful.
  • Manage various process improvement projects to increase operational efficiency and also handle daily production support issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Design and deliver presentations to clients explaining the design, development, delivery and status of engagement objectives with Argus client
  • Support Argus' emergence as one of the leading analytics service providers in the world by helping define its culture of team-work, ensuring delivery of high quality work products by your team and thrives in a highly competitive environment and is not satisfied unless they and their team are winning and exceeding
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in analytical field such as economics, engineering, statistics etc. Advanced degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 4-5 years' work experience in the retail banking or payments industry
  • Experience managing projects from end-to-end independently, identifying key milestones/objectives, setting and meeting timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL and PowerPoint
  • Able to manage direct reports
