" The College of Public Health at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) seeks highly qualified candidates for a tenure-leading endowed faculty position in the Department of Environmental, Agricultural and Occupational Health. Candidates may be of any faculty rank and their research should emphasize environmental health, with special emphasis on addressing issues associated with climate change and/or water quality. Applicants will be expected to strive to be a national and international leader in their field. The applicant will conduct high quality research; teach graduate level courses; advise graduate level students; obtain external funding; provide service to the department, college, university, profession, and the metropolitan and rural communities of Nebraska. Existing areas of strength in the Department include environmental health, climate and health, environmental inhalation injury and respiratory illness, water quality, and occupational safety and health. Individuals will be expected to play an important role in the existing Master of Public Health and Doctoral program in the Department of Environmental, Agricultural and Occupational Health.
