We are looking for Director- Software QA to:

• Lead team of experienced SQA engineers on three sites worldwide

• Responsible for software and system quality in product releases delivered to customers. Ensure all aspects of product meet requirements - including performance, functionality, interoperability, and stability.

• Instill a culture of software and system quality in the team following a predictable and repeatable engineering process

Performance Objectives:

• Leadership of SQA team through engineering excellence, managing all aspects of WiFi testing - test setups and results, in-depth analysis, and accurate reporting

• Work closely with the cross functional teams to ensure quality of product releases including project planning, execution, and status reporting

• Forster effective corporation within the global SQA teams across different geographic locations and cultures

Qualifications

• BS or MS in computer networking or a related field of study

• At least 15 years of hands-on software and system test experiences in networking companies

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of SQA management experiences, and demonstrable ability to motivate and lead a high-caliber test team, global management experiences preferrable

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experiences in testing wired and wireless networks, especially the latest Wi-Fi 5 and 6 protocols

• Demonstrated ability to strive in a fast-paced environment with time-critical releases

• In-depth knowledge of general software/system QA methodologies and product life cycle

• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and report multiple complicated test projects in a clear, precise, and logical manner

• Knowledge and experiences in Bluetooth/Zigbee, and test automation (Perl, Python) will be a big plus
