Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Environmental Suppoer & Services group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a technical career as a Environmental Contractor Assurance Program Specialist

The Program Specialist will introduce the employee into Environmental Support and Services from the top down, create bench-depth, and prepare an environmental professional to move into a support position in a mission center or into an ES&S home organization position.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Implement Performance Management processes and procedures, as directed, which may include providing/compiling data for triennially Management Review Meeting (MRM)/assurance reporting and/or key performance indicators, assisting with the issues management process

  • Coordinate the Issues Screening Team (IST) as directed

  • Planning, scheduling, and performing assessments, assisting in implementation of the INL Management Observation Program

  • Drafting and distribution of Lessons Learned from the INL Lessons Learned system.



Minimum Requirements:


  • Level 2- Bachelor of Science degree and 2 years experience; Master of Sciences degree and 1 year experience; PhD

  • Level 3- Bachelor of Science degree and 5 years experience; Master of Sciences degree and 3 year experience; PhD and 2 years experience
