As a Director, Environmental, Health, and Safety - DC/FC, New Assets, you will be responsible for driving safety, compliance and technical cohesion of new FC and DC sites nationwide.Manage large scale projects; influencing across all levels, leading cross-functional teams, working with stakeholders, and executing nationwide projectsStrategic leadership of environmental, health and safety of new assets for Distribution and Fulfillment CentersEstablish technical expectations for new sites, from technical evaluations, design reviews, compliance, and automationEnd to end ownership of strategy and technical readiness of EHS program for new sitesEstablish safety scorecards, analyze data and trendsResponsible for collaborating with engineering teams on new projects and maintaining safety and compliance across all Initiatives Data and Digital Literacy Possesses knowledge of: Data collection modes, techniques, and tools; data analytics and data visualization tools and techniques; existing and upcoming digital applications and systems; technology innovation trends and industry benchmarks; data governance; data science techniques and applications. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Applies advanced analytics techniques to deploy appropriate models for analysis and prediction. Leverages data to take real-time decisions, provide data-led actionable insights, and proactively identify/mitigate risks. Defines policies for data governance and creates techniques to validate data quality. Defines visualization approaches and solutions for specific business issues and uses multiple techniques to create interactive dashboards. Reviews scopes of automation/improvement across multiple processes with the help of technology (for example, RPA, artificial intelligence, machine learning). Conceptualizes technology-enabled solutions guides prototyping and testing, and facilitates learning. Identifies potential roadblocks/challenges while introducing new technologies and plans for effective change management.Operational Excellence Possesses knowledge of: Organizational processes; root cause analysis techniques; department workflows; Standard Operating Procedures and One Best Way (OBW) processes.
