Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Irvine, CA, is looking for a Biological Research Associate to contribute to projects aimed at characterizing protein-based therapeutics
- Propose and design assays under supervision
- Needs experience in mammalian cell culture, western blots, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
- Ability to work in biosafety cabinets for extended periods of time, observe/record deviations from expected outcomes, accurate record keeping, and adhere to lab safety standards/protocols
- Expertise in PCR and flow cytometry will be considered a plus
