Responsibilities:
Due to explosive client demand for our Environmental Services, we are expanding our Due Diligence and Remediation team in Dallas (Irving), Texas

Environmental Scientist II
Our environmental sciences service area is growing rapidly due to increased client demand. This role focuses on sampling and reporting for due diligence and remediation projects.

Core Responsibilities
Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
Conduct/Direct field investigations activities
Collect soil, groundwater, and indoor air samples
Analyze laboratory and engineering data (this role is not in the lab, rather interpreting the lab analysis)
Write summary (client) reports for senior review
Assist with preparation of Municipal and State regulatory submittals
Schedule and coordinate subcontractor activities for project
Position Requirements
BS degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related environmental field
2+ years of work experience in environmental technical activities (Phase I Environmental Site Assessments) including report writing and field investigation/sampling
Understanding of Texas state and municipal environmental regulations
Exposure to addressing contamination and clean up activities through Texas Voluntary Cleanup Program & Innocent Owner/Operator Program
Experience with Texas Risk Reducation Program or other regulatory submittals
Proficiency with standard software packages (i.e. Microsoft office applications) required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to work with minimal oversight, with direction from Senior Managers
Able to walk job sites during inspections, sometimes on uneven terrain and carry field testing equipment (up to 30 pounds) onto job sites with regularity
Frequent travel to client sites (valid driver's license required)
