Project Manager | Civil or Environmental

Location: Sugar Grove, Rockford, or Schaumburg

Our client is seeking an organized, detailed oriented, highly motivated Project Manager to work in its Water Resource Group. This position will primarily focus on stormwater, flood control studies, modeling, and similar work across the company. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, project collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing multiple projects; including construction management

* Preparing and monitoring project budgets

* Project scheduling

* Leadership and team member oversight

* Client management

* Marketing eager to grow water resources services to new and existing clients

* Business development motivated to grow market share

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

* Have a minimum of ten (10) years of similar water resources related experience on a wide range of projects.

* Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

* Knowledge of Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) modeling software including but not limited to HEC1, HEC2, HEC-RAS, XP-SWMM, FEQ and ArcGIS is preferred.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* A valid driver's license
