Job Description

Content Developer and Delivery- Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE)- DSP

Job Title: Capgemini Content Developer and Delivery for the Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE)

About the ASE and the Academy

Capgemini's Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) combines a rich design philosophy, robust collaboration methodology, and a diverse creative team to address complex challenges through specific collaborative sessions. Our facilitated process accelerates business decision-making, increases productivity and the quality of work, and creates innovative solutions - all while having fun with the problem!

Drawing from a strong foundation of ASE methodologies and success, our ASE Academy helps teams and organizations to develop skills in areas such as Emotional intelligence, Storytelling, Creating a Collaborative culture, and more. We intentionally design an experiential training curriculum and programs navigating across rational, political, and emotional domains.

Our ASE team has been developing and exemplifying a collaborative and whole-person culture for 25 years. We are excited to continue this journey in North America along with our Global ASE ventures.

Job Description:

Given the growth of our ASE Academy and the need to scale and industrialize our learning program, we are looking for an individual to help develop and deliver content within these areas. This role is internal and client-facing, working across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

We are looking for a creative, articulate content writer and instructor who understands the MG Taylor methodology and the ASE or is keen to learn this deep expertise and process of 25 years rich in history.

The individual must be flexible, bring a good attitude, and be willing to help, lead, and deliver across other ASE service areas, prioritized by the ASE leadership. Delivery of these services may be either virtual or in person.

Primary Tasks/Responsibilities:

Content Development, at both an overview and detail level. Including, but not limited to content for Academy Pillars for internal and external purposes

Delivery of courses as requested or required across the Academy areas prioritized by the business

Working with the Academy Director and Program Manager along with key SME and stakeholders to develop, refine, and iterate content

Educate the broader Capgemini community on the ASE Academy along with enabling sales of courses through use case development and storytelling

Demonstrate active engagement in the Academy Pillar communities (e.g., posting communication in Microsoft Teams, written and oral communication to Capgemini)

Research innovative methods to bring new ideas to the ASE that continually improve our way of working

      Cognitive Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

Experience with developing training and learning content, including course development and program development within an organization

Excellent command of the English language, especially the rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar

Ability to convert the information acquired into readable, easy-to-understand content tailored to their specific audience

Significant experience developing and delivering a variety of learning materials (e.g., e-learning courses٫ PowerPoint decks, workshops, LMS, delivery platforms, mentoring approach and other training tools)

Demonstrated real-time teaming experience and consulting soft skills to work directly with clients and teams to understand their critical business issues

Bachelor's degree required, in English language, instructional or organizational design, creative writing, or related fields preferred

Working knowledge and expertise across the Office Suite (PPT, Word, SharePoint, Teams)

          Nice to have:

Creative storytelling written skills and capabilities

Digital graphics experience or willingness to grow in this area

              Willingness to travel approximately 25%

              Human Skills Required:

Team Spirit - we are a small group and work with each other to drive a collective win!

                Servant Leader

Curiosity to understand our deep ASE methodology and heritage

Agile, adaptable, and flexible enough to deal comfortably with change

Respecting all humans and all areas of diversity

A glimpse into a ‘Day in the Life with the ASE':

Our entrepreneurial team within Capgemini works together to prioritize efforts across our ASE services. One day you might be working on developing content. Some weeks you might be delivering an ASE session helping one of our clients realize their future strategy for their company. Either way, you will be working with the ASE Leadership team to understand where your efforts should be focused given business priorities. In this role, you will have your feet firmly planted within our ASE team, spending time building out the ASE Academy while growing our collective ASE brand.

We have a low hierarchy team, and each role is considered equally important. Each voice and creativity behind the voice is respected and honored. We look forward to welcoming the right candidate to our ASE family and building a future together.

If you are interested, please send a two-minute video highlighting how you would be a good fit for the ASE family as a first step.

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
