What You Will Be Doing

• Lead from the bench in the design, manufacturing, and utilization of DNA libraries designed to evaluate genome editors, CARs and other multi-domain proteins in high-throughput
• Oversee design and execution of molecular biology and protein engineering projects
• Maintain a precise ENL
• Collaborate with software engineers to develop library design and analysis methodologies
• Train junior staff
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills to participate in team meetings and provide oral/written communication on projects and milestones
  

What You Need for this Position

• PhD with 6-8+ years of experience in industry
• Hands on experience with CRISPR, DNA libraries in a mammalian/primary cell environment highly preferred
• Experience building out libraries (assigning and assembling methods to create the libraries)
