Job Title: Molecular Biologist

Location: Austin, TX

Salary: $90k - $250k (dependent on experience)

Requirements: PhD in molecular/cell biology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry / >5 years relevant experience post-doctoral

Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be:

• Strong experience with molecular bio methods including nucleic acid isolation, Q-RTPCR, CRISPR and other gene modification techniques
• Have used and has a strong familiarity with miRNA knock-in and knock-outs, vector construction, transfection
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead optimization and validation of product molecular identity and potency assays critical for regulatory approval of our current therapeutic to treat COVID-19
• Innovate molecular modifications of next-gen stem cell-derived EV therapeutics
• Generate state-of-the-art quantification methods including quantitative RT-PCR, siRNA antagonists and mimics and miRNA-omics
• Position will provide support for pipeline product development and generation of new intellectual property
