Title: Sr. Research Associate / Associate Scientist

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and optimization of cell culture processes
• Design and execute experiments, interfacing mainly with Scientists and mentoring Research Associates
• Work effectively in a cross-functional process development team and be able to work independently to accomplish overall project goals

Requirements:

• MS in Cell Biology with 8-10 years of industry experience
• Hands-on experience on lab bioreactor operation with cell culture
• Good organization skills and strong attention to details, excellent experimental/troubleshooting aptitude, and be self-motivated
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
