Summary:

My client is looking for a highly motivated and innovative Pharmacologist to lead their Translational Biology team, as well as the Target ID and Drug Discovery team.

Job Description:

You will help innovate a new class of products which are based on my clients proprietary LNP delivery platform. You will be responsible for leading the team that interrogates and identifies ground breaking target pathways that utilize cutting-edge technologies to assist in building upon the companies already robust pipeline.

As the successful candidate you will thrive in a fast-paced and proactive environment. In this role you will be cross collaborating with the team across the full spectrum of development projects and teams.

You will be assisting in furthering the programs from the preclinical to clinical stages. You must be innovative while remaining efficient, focused, and flexible.

Job Requirements:

-PhD with 15+ years in pharmaceutical industry experience with a focus on drug target identification, preclinical discovery and development, and validation.

-Cross functional collaboration.

-Strong understanding of the drug development process to clinical trials.

-Experience in discovery portfolio management.

-Highly innovative.

-Experience in leading and developing a team of scientists.

-Gene Therapy or RNA experience is a bonus.
