We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated person to join Agilent's Genomics R&D group to help further the development our SureSelect next-generation sequencing target-enrichment assays. In this position you will work together with a small team of scientists andbioinformaticians to design, execute and analyze experiments to advance our technology and bring new products to the market. The ideal candidate and will have strong molecular biology skills and experience with assay development and/or troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Design and execution of experiments
Data analysis using in-house software packages (programming skills are not required)
Organization and visualization of data using Excel and PowerPoint
Summarization and communication of results through reports and verbal presentations
