JOB SUMMARY
Environmental Compliance Manager will lead the environmental compliance program for all solar projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for developing and maintain the environmental compliance program for all solar projects.
* Developing and maintaining the Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for all solar projects - assisting with undertaking all aspects of EIA at all stages of the project, including design, feasibility, screening/scoping, reporting, construction and post construction monitoring;
* Writing supporting documents for planning applications and other environmental consents;
* Directing environmental fieldwork. Responsible for checking, monitoring all storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) measures. Document and provide feedback on all corrective measures to site manager and superintendent. Develop, Maintain and update the Spill prevention, control and counter measures (SPCC) plan. Responsible for maintaining the Environmental Resource Plan (EERP).
* Liaising with project teams, clients, stakeholders and the public as required;
* Directing field staff and craft on all environmental control preventive measures and corrective actions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with Stork Water Pollution Prevention Plans.
* Experience maintaining Environmental Resource Plans.
* Knowledge of creating and manintaining Spill Prevention, Control and Counter Measures.
* Solar construction project experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years' experience performing duties similar to those of an Environmental Scientist 5. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Normal office environment. May be subject to extreme cold (temperatures below 30 degrees for periods of more than one hour), extreme heat (temperatures above 90 degrees for periods of more than one hour), hazards (electrical currents, working on scaffold
