Physical Requirements

Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds. Some environmental (i.e., water, soil or sediment) sample collection is necessary that involves traversing small stream banks and storm drain discharge areas.

Shift

Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm (40 hours/week).

Job Summary

This position provides support to the Water Quality Compliance Manager.

Support responsibilities include performing inspections to determine compliance with stormwater quality management requirements, wastewater treatment grease interceptor performance requirements, and adherence to spill prevention plans.

Responsibilities also include collecting water samples for laboratory analysis, performing preliminary assessments of laboratory data and assisting in the preparation of inspections and data assessment reports.
