Job Description:
As a Data Analyst, working 20 hrs per week, you will support a team of environmental professionals and work with data and systems for compliance and sustainability.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Data Management Systems (data collection and entry, system administration and reporting)
Document report preparation process, data sources, and required support resources
Research and learn requirements of U.S. and Canada "Products Containing Mercury" Reporting Programs
Review past triennial reports to Environment Canada and (IMERC) Interstate Mercury Education & Reduction Clearinghouse
Engage other Departments (e.g., Product Management, IT, IAQ, etc.) as needed to obtain data required to prepare and submit mercury reports (data from 2020)
Complete other tasks as requested by Environmental Affairs staff

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Word / PowerPoint / SharePoint
Good understanding of databases
Familiarity with process documentation
Familiarity with SAP a plus
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent collaboration and teaming skills
Ability to quickly learn and contribute to department initiatives
Ability to engage other company personnel (including virtual environment)
Self-driven, results oriented
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited four-year University, with min 3.0 GPA.
