Execupharm/Merck is looking for a Sr. Scientist I of HPLC of Biologics plus Molecular Biology and Immunoassays to work on assignment for Merck in their Kenilworth, NJ location.

Sr. Scientist I of HPLC of Biologics and Microbiology -Large Molecule Merck Kenilworth
Support of routine release/stability, in-process, and/or cell-line development testing
Education: BS (-i-5yrs) or MS (-i-1yr) of relevant experience with analytical chemistry or biologics
Requirements:
Must have current cellular/ molecular biology and immunoassay experience
Experience in analyzing biologics including monoclonal antibodies and/or other therapeutic proteins in one or more of the following techniques:
oELISA (HCP, proA) and binding potency assay
oqPCR and basic molecular biology techniques (gel electrophoresis, etc.)
oHigh-throughput liquid handling system, e.g. Tecan, Bravo, etc.
oAnalytical software including Softmax Pro, Empower, ChemStation
oGood documentation practices & utilization in electronic lab notebooks
oSample submission & sample management
