Environmental Health and Safety Director

Requirements & Experience :

• Experience with evaluating the environmental compliance requirements (MWRA, Clean Air Act, Massachusetts Toxics Substances Control/Use Reduction Acts) for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site
• Experience with pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing equipment, complex cGMP buildings and clean rooms, laboratory system operations, including HVAC
• 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industries in a leadership role and/or a supervisory capacity
• Experience working on cross-functional teams and managing relationships in a collaborative, constructive manner with internal departments and project vendors and partners
• Ability to handle multiple priorities within rapid timelines to meet project team goals
