DESCRIPTION
Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:

  • Preparing course plans and materials
  • Delivering courses
  • Monitoring progress/attendance
  • Advising students
  • Recording grades and submitting reports


Job Requirements:

Environmental Technology & Management Instructor - On Ground must have the minimum of a Master's Degree in one of the following disciplines, as well as any required certifications or licenses within that specialty: Environmental Science, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Climate Change Studies, Ocean/Marine Science. A PhD is preferred in any of the same fields, but not required.
This is not a remote teaching position and all Faculty must be able to teach On Ground at the Everglades Sarasota campus. In addition, this is a part time position that requires evening availability.
