An Associate Researcher position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Ezhkova Lab. We are looking for self-motivated and growth-mindset individuals interested in projects involving cutting-edge genetic, genomics, and biochemical approaches to understand the regulation of skin stem cells in homeostasis and diseases. This position will come with mentorship and direct work with the PI and senior lab members. Opportunities are available to lead independent projects, write and publish first-author papers. Ideal candidates should expect a two-year commitment that will prepare them to succeed in graduate school, medical school, or MD-PhD programs. A background in experimental work and a strong desire to learn is highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in science or related field required or equivalent education & experience
  • 0-2 year of research/laboratory experience
  • Appropriate verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
