Organize and develop NMR samples preparation as well as record and analyze NMR spectra of nucleic acids, proteins and small molecules.
Collect and analyze biochemical and biophysical data (EMSA, CD, ITC, MST, SPR, DLS).
Maintain and develop the in-house NMR facility and the structural biology laboratory
Develop structure-based computational modeling tools for biological complexes including RNA, proteins, and small molecules.
Independently interpret and integrate structural biology data from different methods (NMR, X-ray, Cryo-EM, SAXS, etc.) and present results to internal project teams to support our drug discovery platform.
Supervise lab and offices duties as well as the structural biology IT platform and organize experimental records and inventories.
Lead multiple scientific projects of the structural biology team, develop and nurture fruitful relationships with industry and academic partners.
Contribute intellectually to the structure-based drug discovery platform and collaborate with internal and external partners from other disciplines such as RNA biology, chemistry, computational biology, machine-learning, and bioinformatics.
Work closely with the Chief Scientific Officer to develop and/or execute biophysical and structural biology assays to probe the structure, dynamics, interactions of biomolecules and ligands and integrate data in broader analysis.
Setup validation tools and keep critical analysis of structural biology results suggesting new methods/approaches to overcome technical difficulties.
Contribute to the communication and the coordination of all structural biology activities within the drug discovery platform and identify opportunities for IP protection.
