Overview of Position:
Coordinate Site environmental management systems (Air, Water, Waste, AST) to ensure compliance & continuous improvement
Primary Responsibilities:
* Obtain environmental permits & permit modifications when applicable
* Manage Registrations, Inspections, and Spill Response Plants on above ground storage tanks
* Manage Refrigerant Program and Risk Management Plan
* Leadership Role in Emergency Response Team
* Lead training of Environmental topics
* Project Management Experience working with contractors and vendors
* Perform internal process & paperwork reviews & report observations
* Coordinate governmental agency (DEP, EPA) inspections
* Evaluate environmental regulations & develop training, and audit programs.
* Coordinate process for maintaining ISO RC14001 certification
* Manage Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) program
* Prepare environmental state & federal agency reports
* Conduct external EHS audits of waste contractors
* Comply with Corporate EHS management system
Qualifications
Experience:
At least 4 years of relevant and hands on experience in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Management
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required, Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science / EHS
Area of Concentration: Engineering or Science
